About The Position
LAZ Parking is hiring a Valet Attendant at ECP Panama Beach in Panama City Beach, Florida. The attendant provides a welcoming, professional first and last impression for customers while parking and retrieving vehicles carefully, efficiently, and promptly. The role also involves greeting customers, attending to their needs, directing traffic, and supporting positive customer relations. Full-time and part-time availability is offered, with flexible shift options of 4 a.m.–12 p.m., 12 p.m.–6 p.m., or 5 p.m.–1 a.m. Pay is $15 per hour plus tips.
Requirements
- Valid driver's license and a responsible driving record.
- Ability to drive a standard-transmission vehicle.
- Ability to communicate professionally and effectively in English.
- Ability to work unsupervised and make independent decisions.
- Flexibility to work at multiple facility locations.
- Ability to handle challenging and emotionally charged situations.
- Demonstrated urgency, timeliness, teamwork, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in varying weather conditions, including heat, wind, snow, and rain.
- Ability to lift, push, and pull at least 25 pounds and to stand, walk, run, bend, stoop, squat, and lift frequently.
Nice To Haves

- Parking industry experience.
