About The Position

AvantStay is hiring a Field Operations Agent to support day-to-day operations at its properties in the Panama City Beach area. The role helps deliver a superior guest experience through property inspections, supply and inventory management, timely responses to guest and homeowner concerns, and operational support. It requires living near the designated market and frequently traveling to properties within it. The agent may also perform minor housekeeping and routine maintenance tasks, help onboard new homes, and oversee housekeeping dispatching when the local market leader is absent.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of hospitality or customer-facing experience.
• Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Availability to work weekends and holidays, with a flexible schedule to meet business needs.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
• Must reside in the designated area.
• Ability to spend most working time standing, walking, and driving to properties.
• Ability to regularly bend, squat, kneel, climb, carry, reach, and stoop, and occasionally push, pull, and lift more than 25 pounds.
• Strong self-management and prioritization skills, with the ability to meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Report to the local market leader, complete routine assigned tasks, and provide other support as directed.
• Inspect properties in the designated area for compliance with AvantStay standards and regulations.
• Maintain office inventory and supplies, and ensure market properties have the supplies and equipment needed to operate.
• Respond promptly and effectively to guest and homeowner requests through email, calls, texts, Slack messages, and tickets.
• Perform minor housekeeping and routine rental maintenance tasks as needed, including changing linens, moving furniture, assembling products, cleaning, changing light bulbs or locks, handling Ring cameras, and troubleshooting cable or Wi-Fi issues.
• Travel frequently to properties in the designated area to support operations and ensure compliance.
• Oversee housekeeping dispatching when the local market leader is absent.
• Support the onboarding of new homes.
