About The Position

Hotel Equities is hiring a Valet Attendant/Bellperson for Montrose at Beverly Hills in West Hollywood, California. This role provides exceptional guest service and supports smooth guest arrivals and departures. The attendant greets guests, assists with luggage, and provides safe and efficient valet parking while maintaining professionalism and coordinating with other hotel departments to meet guest needs. As a first and last point of contact, the attendant contributes to guest satisfaction and the property's reputation.

Requirements

• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Ability to safely operate various types of vehicles, including manual and automatic transmissions.
• Previous customer service experience, preferably in hospitality or valet services.
• Physical ability to lift and carry luggage and stand for extended periods.
• Strong communication skills in English.

Nice To Haves

• Experience working in a luxury hotel or high-end hospitality environment.
• Bilingual or multilingual abilities.
• Familiarity with the West Hollywood area and local attractions.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests promptly and courteously upon arrival and departure, and provide luggage assistance and directions as needed.
• Operate valet parking services efficiently, ensuring the safe and timely parking and retrieval of guest vehicles.
• Communicate with front desk and security teams to coordinate guest arrivals, departures, and special requests.
• Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the valet area and bell stand, including managing equipment and supplies.
• Assist guests with additional requests and provide information about the property and local area.
