About The Position

Hilton Grand Vacations is seeking a friendly, service-oriented Bell / Valet Runner to join its hospitality team at Kaʻanapali Beach Maui. The role helps create a welcoming first and last impression by assisting guests with luggage, valet services, and attentive service throughout their stay. The position operates in a fast-paced resort environment and requires a courteous, professional demeanor and service with aloha. The Front Office department operates 24/7. The assigned eight-hour shift will fall between 7 a.m. and 11 p.m. and includes weekends and holidays. The listed pay range is $20.33–$23.92 per hour.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent.
Bellman or valet experience.
Valid Hawaii Driver’s License.
Strong customer service skills and the ability to communicate clearly in English.
Ability to work well under pressure in a busy arrival and departure environment.
Team-oriented mindset with strong judgment and organizational skills.
Ability to repeatedly lift 50 pounds or more.

Responsibilities

Transport guest luggage to and from guestrooms upon arrival and departure.
Escort guests to their rooms and provide information about resort amenities, services, and special features.
Assist guests with immediate needs and maintain attentive service throughout their stay.
Operate guest vehicles safely and professionally, including parking and retrieval.
Inspect vehicles for damage before taking custody and document damage as required.
Issue and collect valet claim tickets, ensuring accurate vehicle and guest information.
Maintain the cleanliness and proper working condition of bell and valet equipment and work areas.
Maintain the security of baggage and key storage areas.
Maintain a courteous, professional, and friendly demeanor toward guests and team members.
Perform other duties as assigned to support resort operations.
