About The Position

Join Hilton Grand Vacations as a Vacation Sales Representative inside Bass Pro Shops, where you’ll connect with guests and introduce them to exciting vacation ownership opportunities—all while representing a trusted brand in a fun, high-energy retail environment. This role offers market-leading base pay plus commission, with top performers in 2025 earning over $80,000. You will greet and engage with Bass Pro Shops customers, deliver compelling presentations on vacation ownership, establish trust with guests, and meet or exceed sales goals. Additionally, you will provide concierge-style service and participate in ongoing training.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Successful completion of a criminal background check
• Proven ability to communicate clearly and professionally with guests, team members, and leadership
• Comfortable using a computer for everyday tasks

• Meet or exceed individual and team sales goals
• Provide concierge-style service by recommending local attractions and offering discounted vacation packages
• Participate in training to sharpen your skills and stay informed on our offerings
