About The Position

Hilton Grand Vacations is hiring a Vacation Sales Representative to work inside Bass Pro Shops. The representative connects with guests and introduces vacation ownership opportunities in a friendly, professional manner within a high-energy retail environment. The role includes presenting the benefits of vacation ownership, identifying guests’ travel interests, offering concierge-style recommendations and discounted vacation packages, and working toward sales goals. Team members participate in ongoing training and development. The position requires schedule flexibility, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Successful completion of a criminal background check.
• Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with guests, team members, and leadership.
• Comfort using a computer for everyday tasks.
• Availability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Nice To Haves

• One year of sales experience is a plus.
• College education is a plus.
• A positive demeanor and willingness to learn.
• Relevant experience may come from industries such as finance, investments, real estate, luxury goods, fundraising, entrepreneurship, premium automotive sales, hospitality, or personal services.

Responsibilities

• Greet and engage Bass Pro Shops customers to promote vacation ownership opportunities in a friendly and professional manner.
• Deliver presentations highlighting the benefits of vacation ownership.
• Establish trust with guests and identify their travel interests and needs.
• Meet or exceed individual and team sales goals.
• Recommend local attractions and offer discounted vacation packages while providing concierge-style service.
• Participate in training to sharpen skills and stay informed about the company’s offerings.
