About The Position

Hilton Grand Vacations is hiring a Vacation Sales Representative to work inside Bass Pro Shops. The representative connects with customers and introduces vacation ownership opportunities in a friendly, professional manner in a high-energy retail environment. The role includes presenting vacation ownership benefits, understanding guests' travel interests, working toward sales goals, and providing concierge-style recommendations and discounted vacation packages. Training is provided to develop sales skills and keep representatives informed about offerings. The schedule is flexible and must include availability for nights, weekends, and holidays.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Successful completion of a criminal background check.
• Communicate clearly and professionally with guests, team members, and leadership.
• Comfort using a computer for everyday tasks.
• Be available to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Nice To Haves

• College education.
• One year of sales experience.
• A positive demeanor and willingness to learn.
• Experience in finance, investments, real estate, luxury goods, fundraising, entrepreneurship, premium automotive sales, hospitality, or personal services.

Responsibilities

• Greet and engage Bass Pro Shops customers to promote vacation ownership opportunities in a friendly and professional manner.
• Deliver presentations highlighting the benefits of vacation ownership.
• Establish trust with guests and identify their travel interests and needs.
• Meet or exceed individual and team sales goals.
• Recommend local attractions and offer discounted vacation packages while providing concierge-style service.
• Participate in training to sharpen skills and stay informed about offerings.
