About The Position

Uline is hiring a paid UX Intern for Summer 2027 at its Corporate Headquarters in Pleasant Prairie, Wisconsin. The intern will contribute to projects that shape the online experience for Uline customers and improve the company’s ecommerce channels. The role involves researching user needs, creating research-informed prototypes and concepts, and collaborating with business analysts, stakeholders, and experienced professionals. This is a full-time, 12-week, on-site internship open only to college students with junior status.

Requirements

• Be a college student with junior status; the internship is open to junior-status students only.
• Be pursuing a bachelor’s degree in UX Design, Experiential Design, Human Factors, Psychology, Cognitive Science, or a related field.
• Provide a portfolio exhibiting UX Design experience.
• Have curiosity to understand the user perspective.
• Have excellent communication, presentation, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to UX design projects that enhance the customer experience across Uline’s ecommerce channels.
• Conduct market, industry, and competitive analyses, as well as stakeholder interviews, to identify and confirm user needs.
• Create prototypes and concepts based on research using a user-centered design approach.
• Collaborate on projects with business analysts and stakeholders.
