About The Position
Uline is seeking a UX Intern for Summer 2027 to work on projects that shape the online experience for Uline customers. The intern will collaborate with experienced professionals to turn customer insights into design solutions that improve Uline’s eCommerce channels. This is a full-time, 12-week, on-site internship at Uline’s corporate headquarters in Pleasant Prairie, Wisconsin, open only to junior-status college students.
Requirements
- Must be a junior-status college student.
- Pursuing a bachelor's degree in UX Design, Experiential Design, Human Factors, Psychology, Cognitive Science, or a related field.
- Portfolio exhibiting UX Design experience.
- Curiosity to understand the user perspective.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and organizational skills.
Responsibilities
- Contribute to UX design projects that enhance the customer experience across Uline's eCommerce channels.
- Conduct market, industry, and competitive analyses, as well as stakeholder interviews, to identify and confirm user needs.
- Create research-based prototypes and concepts using a user-centered design approach.
- Collaborate on projects with business analysts and stakeholders.
