About The Position

The Enterprise UX Intern will support ICE IT’s UX team in building a short-form video library for enterprise employees. The intern will help convert frequently used knowledge articles into engaging instructional content. The role also offers hands-on project work, career and professional development, weekly sessions led by industry leaders, and opportunities to connect with fellow interns and learn about the financial services, technology, and mortgage industries.

The internship is full-time, five days per week, at ICE’s Atlanta office for the entire duration of one designated program schedule. Candidates must choose between May 24, 2027–August 6, 2027, and June 7, 2027–August 20, 2027. Partial participation and alternate dates are not accommodated.

Requirements

• Must be currently enrolled in a degree program at an accredited university and be advancing to at least the junior year of study.
• Strong written communication and public presentation skills, with the ability to translate technical content into accessible language.
• Effective computer skills, including solid working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Demonstrated video production and editing skills, such as Camtasia, Adobe Premiere, or equivalent.

Nice To Haves

• Portfolio or coursework samples in video, communications, digital media, or instructional design.

Responsibilities

• Contribute individually and as a team member to support functional areas, analyze business processes, and achieve goals assigned by an experienced manager.
• Analyze knowledge article usage data with the UX data analyst to prioritize high-impact content for video production.
• Write clear, concise scripts adapted from existing knowledge base articles.
• Produce and edit short-form instructional videos for enterprise ICE employees.
• Contribute to project-based production of live IT education webinars, including presentation development and demo practice sessions.
