Enterprise Fulfillment Intern – Undergrad Internship – Summer 2027
About The Position
As an Enterprise Fulfillment Intern at Lowe’s, you’ll gain exposure to the systems, processes, and strategies that keep products moving efficiently from suppliers to stores and customers. You’ll partner with cross-functional leaders to analyze data, improve processes, and support projects that improve speed and reliability in fulfillment operations. The role includes reviewing customer data and identifying ways to enable faster fulfillment, while developing hands-on skills in operations, analytics, and cross-functional collaboration. This is a 10-week summer internship based at Lowe’s headquarters in Mooresville, North Carolina, running May 24 through July 30, 2027. Interns work with industry experts across stores, distribution centers, and corporate offices and contribute through hands-on projects.
Requirements
- Pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- Expected graduation date of December 2027 or May 2028.
Nice To Haves
- 3.0 cumulative GPA.
- Proficiency in MS Office programs, specifically PowerPoint, Excel, and data analysis tools.
- Strong interpersonal, collaborative, problem-solving, analytical, organizational, communication, and presentation skills.
- Relevant internship or experience in supply chain, logistics, operations, data analytics, or project management.
- Experience in a leadership position at work or within a campus organization.
Responsibilities
- Analyze order data, competition, and customer feedback to identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement.
- Assist in monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) for fulfillment.
- Support cross-functional projects that improve fulfillment speed and reliability.
- Gain exposure to store and supply chain operations, fulfillment strategies, and other key functional areas of the business.
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives that enhance reliability, accuracy, speed, and cost efficiency.
- Collaborate with technology and business teams on capabilities that support improvements to fulfillment speed and reliability.
