About The Position

The UX Engineer Supervisor leads the development and evolution of RSM’s enterprise UI component library for internal digital solutions. The role provides hands-on technical leadership, guidance, and subject-matter expertise to front-end development teams, supporting alignment with UI, accessibility, and engineering standards. It combines component engineering with coaching and technical enablement to deliver consistent, high-quality experiences across platforms and frameworks, without direct people-management responsibilities. The position owns the component library’s technical roadmap and governance, partners with Digital Solution Capabilities to connect design intent with coded components and releases, and builds, tests, documents, and maintains reusable components. It also supports adoption, migration, release communication, automation, and continuous improvement while evaluating emerging front-end technologies and design-to-code practices. RSM describes its work environment as flexible, with in-person connection playing an important role. Most roles follow a hybrid workstyle, with team members aligned to an RSM office and meeting in person when useful for clients, teams, development, or relationship-building. Some roles may be virtual or primarily on-site depending on role requirements, team priorities, and client needs. The role offers a competitive benefits and compensation package. Compensation ranges from $111,200 to $190,300, and selected candidates are eligible for a discretionary bonus based on firm and individual performance.
