RSM US LLP•Minneapolis, MN

About The Position

The UX Engineer Supervisor leads the development and evolution of RSM’s enterprise UI component library for internal digital solutions. The role provides hands-on technical leadership, guidance, and subject matter expertise to front-end development teams, supporting alignment with UI, accessibility, and engineering standards. It combines component engineering with coaching and technical enablement to deliver consistent, high-quality experiences across platforms and frameworks, without direct people-management responsibilities. The position owns the technical roadmap, governance, standards, contribution practices, and ongoing improvement of the component library. It partners with Digital Solution Capabilities to connect design intent and assets with coded components, documentation, and releases. The role builds and maintains reusable components, translates approved specifications into accessible production-ready interfaces, reviews code, supports adoption and migration, and communicates releases and implementation guidance to consuming teams. This role also coaches UX Engineers and developers, coordinates delivery across teams, and evaluates emerging front-end technologies and design-to-code practices. RSM describes most roles as hybrid, with employees aligned to an RSM office and in-person collaboration scheduled when it supports clients, teams, development, or relationship-building. Some roles may be virtual or primarily on-site based on role requirements, team priorities, and client needs.
