About The Position

Vivint Smart Home is seeking a mid-level UX Designer for its Brand & Digital Design team. The designer will work with the Senior UX Designer, marketing stakeholders, copywriters, and developers to improve how customers learn about Vivint, explore products, and build and purchase smart home systems. The role owns defined projects from discovery through developer handoff, translating customer needs and business goals into user flows and polished digital interfaces. The designer is expected to work independently on assigned projects, seek feedback appropriately, and refine designs based on research, data, and implementation constraints. Work includes creating flows, wireframes, high-fidelity designs, and interactive prototypes; improving usability and accessibility; contributing to the design system; and preparing developer-ready specifications in Figma. The designer partners with developers during implementation and reviews completed experiences for design quality.
