About The Position

The Production Utility role at TreeHouse Foods’ Carrollton, Texas location fills vacant positions across production-line jobs, with a primary focus on providing coverage for production-line operators. The role may provide coverage for Mixer, Mixer Helper, Ingredient Scaler, Line Operator, Machine Operator, and other production-family jobs. It also involves entering information into data systems such as MII and SAP. This is a full-time, permanent, first-shift role, operating from 6:00 a.m. to 2:30 p.m., with shift differential pay. The position requires lifting bins weighing 50–75 pounds daily and walking and standing for long periods during the shift.

Requirements

• High school graduate or GED equivalent.
• Ability to read and understand production schedules and procedures.
• Ability to perform basic math calculations to count product and fill orders.
• Physical ability to lift bins weighing 50–75 pounds daily.
• Ability to walk and stand for long periods during the shift.

Responsibilities

• Provide coverage for production operators, including Mixer, Mixer Helper, Ingredient Scaler, Line Operator, Machine Operator, and other production-family jobs.
• Primarily provide coverage for operators on the production line.
