About The Position

The Production Utility role at the Carrollton location fills vacant positions across production-family jobs, with a primary focus on providing coverage for production-line operators. The role includes providing coverage for positions such as Mixer, Mixer Helper, Ingredient Scaler, Line Operator, and Machine Operator, and entering information into data systems including MII and SAP. This is a full-time, permanent, third-shift role operating from 10:00 p.m. to 6:30 a.m., with shift differential pay.

Requirements

• High school graduate or GED equivalent.
• Ability to read and understand production schedules and procedures.
• Ability to perform basic math calculations to count product and fill orders.
• Physical ability to lift bins weighing 50–75 pounds daily.
• Ability to walk and stand for long hours during the shift.

Responsibilities

• Provide coverage for operators, including Mixer, Mixer Helper, Ingredient Scaler, Line Operator, Machine Operator, and other production-family jobs.
• Primarily provide coverage for operators on the production line.
• Enter information into data systems, including MII and SAP.
