About The Position

Ag Processing Inc is hiring a dependable Utility Technician at its Sergeant Bluff, Iowa, facility. The role supports safe, efficient manufacturing operations through equipment and work-area cleaning, material-handling assistance, and general operational support. The employee will also train and develop skills with the goal of advancing into a Material Handler position. Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• Ability to pass a pre-employment background check, physical, and drug screen.
• Ability to speak, read, and write English.
• Strong work ethic and willingness to work in a physically active environment.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, lift, pull, climb stairs, and perform physical labor throughout the shift.
• Good organizational and communication skills.
• Commitment to workplace safety and following company policies.
• Flexibility to work days, nights, weekends, and overtime during peak production periods.

Responsibilities

• Clean and maintain equipment, tank farms, and outdoor work areas.
• Assist with handling processing materials and operational supplies.
• Help maintain a clean, safe, and organized facility.
• Train and develop skills for advancement into the Material Handler role.
• Support daily plant operations and assist with additional tasks as needed.
