About The Position

The Utility Worker carefully cleans and sanitizes the kitchen space and equipment, along with equipment used to serve food and beverages. The role helps ensure a safe, hygienic, and quality dining experience for guests.

Requirements

Responsibilities

• Clean dishes, glassware, pots, pans, flatware, and kitchen items by hand or using a dishwasher.
• Ensure sanitizer levels in dish machines and pot sinks meet health-standard requirements.
• Store clean dishes, utensils, and cooking equipment.
• Clean the work area, including equipment, floors, walls, and cooking areas, and keep kitchenware storage organized.
• Remove trash from the dish room and transport it to the dumpster.
• Clean and sanitize garbage cans.
