About The Position

The Utility Steward/Dishwasher transports and cleans cooking utensils and serviceware in support of Hilton Hawaiian Village Waikiki Beach Resort’s guest service and financial profitability. The role keeps kitchen and dining areas clean and organized, prepares serviceware for banquets and functions, and helps maintain regulatory compliance. Shifts may be AM, PM, or overnight, and applicants must provide availability for five scheduling days, including weekdays, weekends, and holidays.

Requirements

• Provide availability for five scheduling days.
• Be available to work weekdays, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Clean chinaware, silverware, and cooking utensils; scrub pots and pans; and burnish silver.
• Monitor stock levels and keep supplies and equipment well stocked and organized.
• Perform kitchen cleaning tasks, including mopping and trash removal.
• Prepare and set up clean serviceware for banquets and functions.
• Train and mentor new stewards.
• Comply with health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol awareness regulations.
