About The Position
Hilton Hawaiian Village Waikiki Beach Resort is seeking a Senior Reservations Agent to deliver memorable guest experiences by handling booking inquiries and providing hospitality. The agent responds to guest and team-member inquiries, converts inquiries into confirmed reservations, accurately records and processes bookings, promotes hotel services and upgrades, and supports sales efforts by responding to sales inquiries and identifying potential business leads. Knowledge of the Hilton PMS system is sought, and previous front desk or reservation experience is highly preferred.

Responsibilities
- Respond promptly and professionally to inquiries from guests and team members.
- Convert guest inquiries into confirmed individual reservations.
- Record and process reservations accurately.
- Use proactive selling techniques to maximize room sales by promoting hotel services and upgrades.
- Respond to sales inquiries and help identify potential leads for future business opportunities.
