About The Position

21st Century Equipment LLC is hiring a full-time Utility Detail Specialist to maintain and care for its equipment inventory. The role involves cleaning, detailing, and restoring equipment so the inventory looks great and performs at its best. The specialist will work with equipment and cleaning and repair materials, maintain an organized workspace, and perform other duties as assigned. A job offer is contingent upon passing a pre-employment drug test and background check, and, for positions requiring driving, being determined insurable.

Requirements

• Forklift certification.
• Ability to operate equipment ranging from garden tractors to large combines.
• Basic knowledge of equipment safety practices.
• Ability to lift 75 lbs.
• Ability to work outdoors in various temperatures.
• Ability to walk, stand, and bend for long periods.
• Ability to operate a high-pressure washer for long periods.
• If the position requires driving, must be insurable.
• Must pass a pre-employment drug test and background check; a positive drug test or failure to be insurable for a driving-required position will result in the offer being rescinded.

Responsibilities

• Clean and detail equipment exteriors.
• Wax, buff, and restore surfaces.
• Vacuum interiors and clean upholstery.
• Inspect units for dings, dents, or scratches.
• Touch up blemishes using paint and repair materials.
• Use cleaners, agents, and revitalizers to address tough stains.
• Apply tire dressing and clean engine compartments.
• Ensure decals and stickers are properly applied.
• Replace damaged or missing parts.
• Maintain organized tools and workspaces.
• Perform multiple duties as assigned.
