About The Position

As a Utilities Relocation Specialist, you will be responsible for administering and organizing all types of projects – from simple activities to more complex plans – ensuring that these projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet high quality standards. Our Utilities Relocation Specialist also performs various coordination tasks – such as scheduling and risk management – along with administrative duties like maintaining project documentation and handling financial queries. A strong candidate in this role will have excellent time management and communication skills, as you’ll collaborate with clients and internal teams to deliver results on deadlines.

Requirements

  • Three years’ experience in related field
  • Exceptional verbal, written and presentation skills
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
  • Experience using computers for a variety of tasks
  • Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Knowledge file management, transcription, and other administrative procedures
  • Ability to work on tight deadlines
  • Willingness to work as a team and independently.
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S.

Nice To Haves

  • Associate’s degree in business or related field of study; preferred but not required

Responsibilities

  • Independently manage project schedules, resources and information to ensure timely completion of relocations
  • Coordinate and collaborate with Internal and External Organizations to relocate and realign utilities to ensure functionality per previously documented agreements
  • Determine special details pertaining to location and identification of utilities within a given schematic/geographical map/blueprint
  • Meet work standards by following production, productivity, quality, and customer-service standards; resolving operational problems; identifying work process improvements
  • Enhance department and organization reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments
  • Other job-related duties as requested
