About The Position

Brighterly, an EdTech business focused on teaching children in the US mathematics and reading, is seeking a Middle/Senior User Acquisition Manager. The company is building an educational ecosystem to become the go-to resource for school subjects for children and their parents. Brighterly is experiencing significant growth, tripling year-over-year, and aims to replicate this success in the coming years. The company has recently optimized its User Acquisition strategies, reducing CAC on Meta by 42% YoY, and is now looking to expand into new traffic sources, specifically Google and TikTok. The User Acquisition Manager will be responsible for leading the launch and scaling of these new channels.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in marketing.
  • Practical experience in developing and implementing advertising campaigns in Google Ads.
  • Proficiency in working with numbers, analytics, and dashboards; ability to find insights in large datasets.
  • Meticulous attention to detail; reliable and thorough in checking work.
  • Proactive in proposing, testing, analyzing, and driving processes forward.
  • Experience in the role of User Acquisition Manager / Growth Marketing Manager / Media Buyer.
  • Experience working with Google Ads.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with TikTok Ads.
  • Experience with Meta Ads.

Responsibilities

  • Building and scaling new user acquisition channels, from strategy to daily operational efficiency.
  • Launching and scaling Google Ads as a traffic channel.
  • Taking ownership of the TikTok channel, which is currently in R&D, and driving it to target metrics.
  • Conducting in-depth analysis of marketing metrics, unit economics, and LTV.
  • Continuously seeking and testing new user acquisition approaches, including networking and open sources.
  • Building user acquisition automations in collaboration with the development team.
  • Establishing processes, with freedom to implement ideas.
