About The Position

Friendship Automotive is hiring a Used Vehicle Sales Manager to join its customer-focused automotive group. The role partners with the General Manager to plan and manage used vehicle inventory, supports team members throughout the sales process, and drives profitability through involvement in daily operations. The manager assists Product Specialists with overcoming objections and closing deals, builds customer relationships to support satisfaction and dealership reputation, motivates team members to follow sales processes, provides ongoing training, and reports on daily business metrics. The ideal candidate is an ambitious, high-energy self-starter with a strong sense of urgency, effective interpersonal skills, and an interest in career growth.

Requirements

At least 3 years of automotive sales experience.
Verifiable success in automotive leadership.
Well-developed problem-solving skills.
Enthusiastic personality and high-energy attitude.
Ability to adapt while leading and training others.
Customer-focused and process-oriented approach.
Availability to work flexible hours in a fast-paced environment.
Clean driving record and valid driver’s license.

Nice To Haves

At least 1 year of automotive dealership management experience.
