About The Position

BMW of San Francisco is hiring a Used Vehicle Manager to buy and manage used vehicle inventory, ensuring used vehicle sales meet company standards. The manager will use all available avenues to purchase vehicles and maintain a diverse inventory aligned with sales projections. This role reports directly to the General Manager. The position requires open availability to support dealership operations and customer demand, including a flexible schedule with evenings, weekends, and holidays. The California annual salary range is $140,000–$200,000. This performance-driven position is eligible for short- and/or long-term incentives based on factors including department net, manufacturer approvability, and total used units. Actual compensation may vary based on skills, experience, job-related knowledge, and location. The employer requires a high school graduate or equivalent and applicants to be at least 18 years old. Requirements

Track record as a high-volume Used Vehicle Manager.
Ability to desk car deals.
Strong knowledge of procurement outside the auction.
Ability to engage with customers and the Sales Team.
Acceptable driving record and a valid driver's license in the state of residence.
High school graduate or equivalent.
At least 18 years old.
Open availability to support dealership operations and customer demand, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
