About The Position
Camping World is seeking a Consignment Specialist to join its growing team. The role facilitates the acquisition of used inventory from the public and provides customer service to help exceed customer expectations. The position includes variable compensation in addition to base pay, with an estimated total annual compensation range of $50,000–$80,000 or more. Compensation decisions consider factors such as skills, experience, training, licensure, certifications, and business needs.
Requirements
- Proven success in sales and a winning attitude.
- Willingness to learn about campers and the camping lifestyle.
- Reliability, high motivation, and a strong work ethic, with the ability to work independently.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to listen and provide solutions to finalize sales.
- Basic computer skills.
- May lift up to 25 lbs. and/or move up to 50 lbs. with assistive devices.
