About The Position

Camping World is seeking a Consignment Specialist to facilitate the acquisition of used inventory from the public. The role involves providing strong customer service, understanding customers’ needs, and helping finalize sales. The specialist should be willing to learn about campers and the camping lifestyle and be able to work independently. This is a variable-pay role with uncapped variable compensation; the estimated total annual compensation range is $50,000–$90,000 or more. On-the-job training opportunities are offered.

Requirements

Proven success in sales and a winning attitude.
Willingness to learn about campers and the camping lifestyle.
Reliable, highly motivated, and strong work ethic, with the ability to work independently.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to listen and provide solutions to finalize sales.
Basic computer skills.
May lift up to 25 lbs. and/or move up to 50 lbs. with assistive devices.
