We are currently seeking a Used Car Technician/Mechanic to join our Reconditioning Service team at our Kendall Ford Commercial Service Center of Meridian. Our Service Department is a fast-paced, high-volume environment that supports all Kendall dealerships throughout the valley. Requirements

This is not an entry level position.
Candidates must have mechanical or tech experience at a dealership or large independent shop.
You must have the ability to operate a wide variety of vehicles both automatic and manual transmissions.
A valid driver license and good driving record are required.

Nice To Haves

ASE certifications are a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

Inspecting, diagnosing, and identifying work that needs to be completed on various vehicles.
Performing adjustments and calibrations, replenishing fluids, disassembling and reassembling vehicle components, and repairing or replacing parts.
Using independent judgment needed to make decisions.
Documenting all work and hours per manufacturer and Kendall policies.
Road testing all vehicles to ensure quality of work and issues resolution.
