About The Position

Lupient KIA of Brooklyn Park is growing and seeking an experienced, goal-oriented achiever for the Used Car Sales Professional position. This role is ideal for individuals who are avid car and truck lovers with industry experience, or those new to automotive but with prior retail, sales, or hospitality experience. Used Car Sales Professionals are compensated with a salary plus monthly commissions and bonuses, with top performers earning over six figures annually. Responsibilities

Understand cars by studying their features and capabilities
Develop buyers by keeping good rapport with previous and new customers
Qualify buyers by understanding their interests and requirements; matching requirements and interests to various models, etc.
Close sales by overcoming objection(s); complete sales or purchase contracts; explain provision; offer services, warranties and financing; collect payment and deliver automobile
