We are seeking a motivated and results-driven person to join our team. As a Used Car Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for establishing and maintaining strong relationships with clients, identifying opportunities for sales growth, and achieving designated sales targets. Your ability to learn quickly and communicate effectively will contribute to our success.

Requirements

• 18 years of age or older
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills
• Customer-focused attitude with a willingness to go the extra mile
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to build rapport and maintain relationships
• Ability to work a flexible schedule as business requires
• Strong ability to analyze market trends and identify sales opportunities
• Proficiency in using CRM software to manage sales activities
• Self-motivation with the ability to work independently to meet sales targets
• Driver's License required

Nice To Haves

• Previous experience in an automotive sales role or a related field preferred but not required
• Customer service: 2 years preferred

Responsibilities

• Conduct market research to identify potential customers and sales opportunities
• Build and maintain relationships with new and existing clients
