We are seeking 3 trainable candidates to join our sales staff. Looking for motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Sales Associate. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers and ensure that they have a positive experience from start to finish. Requirements
- Previous sales experience preferred
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Highly self motivated
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Must be organized and detail-oriented
- Ability to work flexible hours, including some evenings and Saturdays
- Valid Driver's License
- Willing to submit to a pre-employment background check and drug test
Responsibilities
- Greet Customers and assess their needs.
- Assist customers in selecting the right vehicle that meets their needs and budget.
- Conduct test drives with customers and highlight features of the vehicle that suit their needs.
- Negotiate prices and financing options with customers.
- Complete necessary paperwork and documentation for each sale.
- Follow up with customers after the sale to ensure their satisfaction.
- Building long term relationships with our customer base.
- Generating referrals from customers
