Requirements
- Reynolds and Reynolds Experience
- Honest, Dependable and Trustworthy
- Drive for continuous improvement
- Coaching Skills
- AAX, V-Auto experience, Inventory management expertise
- Clean background and drivers license
Responsibilities
- Managing a staff in line with the goals of upper management
- Inventory management inclusive of appraisals, purchases, retailing, pricing, and marketing
- Assist with new car showroom opportunities as needed
- Desking of all deals in the Used Car Center
- Acquiring financing to prospective customers
