About The Position
Haley Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram is looking for a Used Car Sales Manager. The Used Car Sales Manager oversees pre-owned vehicle inventory, leads the sales team, and drives profitability while managing day-to-day dealership operations. The ideal candidate for this role is someone with excellent leadership skills, experience work with customers, and comfortable managing a large inventor of vehicles.
Requirements
- 3+ years in automotive sales management with a strong background in pre-owned inventory.
- Proficient in valuation, auction buying, digital lead management, and deal-structuring/finance.
- Results-driven mindset, strong communication, and hands-on leadership.
Responsibilities
- Appraise trade-ins, purchase vehicles via auctions, and manage pricing and reconditioning.
- Administers and monitors factory-sponsored programs.
- Coach, train, and motivate the sales staff, leading daily sales meetings.
- Monitors salesperson productivity and performance.
- Set monthly and yearly quotas, track performance metrics via CRM tools, and maximize gross profit margins.
- Reviews market analyses and sales reports to determine customer needs, and volume potential, and develops sales campaigns to accommodate the goals of the dealership.
- Resolve buyer issues and ensure high customer satisfaction (CSI) scores.
