About The Position

Mazda at the Avenues, part of the Morgan Automotive Group, is seeking a qualified Used Car Manager to join its sales leadership team. Requirements

• 2–3 years of dealership experience.
• Prior sales leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Work directly with the sales team and customers to develop relationships and help bridge disconnects in the sales process.
• Build rapport with customers to establish a referral base and customer network.
• Train and support sales staff and assist in closing sales.
• Desk deals for sales professionals and take T.O.’s to maximize deal potential.
• Use excellent phone skills.
• Help manage other aspects of the sales department.
• Work with wholesales to purchase vehicles for inventory from auctions, off-lease returns, and intercompany sources.
• Complete trade appraisals.
