About The Position

Bob Boyte Honda - Brandon is seeking a motivated and experienced Used Car Manager to lead and oversee our used vehicle department in Brandon, MS. Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Used Car Manager or in a related automotive sales management role.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.

  • Knowledge of inventory management and vehicle acquisition strategies.
  • Ability to analyze sales reports and market trends to optimize performance.
  • Familiarity with automotive financing and regulatory requirements is a plus.
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

  • Manage daily operations of the used car department, including inventory control and vehicle merchandising.
  • Lead, train, and motivate the used car sales team to meet or exceed sales goals.
  • Develop and implement strategies to increase used car sales and gross profit.
  • Maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Work closely with the new car sales team, service department, and finance team to promote overall dealership success.
  • Oversee appraisal and purchasing processes for trade-in vehicles.
  • Ensure compliance with all state laws, regulations, and company policies.
