Requirements

  • 3–7 years of experience in business development, sales, or partnerships
  • Proven ability to generate pipeline and open new accounts
  • Strong communication, outreach, and relationship-building skills
  • Experience in technology, consulting, or professional services environments
  • Self-starter with a results-driven mindset

Responsibilities

  • Identify, prospect, and qualify new business opportunities
  • Build and manage a strong pipeline through outbound efforts and networking
  • Develop relationships with key decision-makers across target industries
  • Collaborate with Account Executives and leadership to convert opportunities into revenue
  • Partner with marketing on campaigns, events, and lead generation initiatives
  • Track market trends and provide insights to refine GTM strategy
