Urgent Care Physician Position with National Wound Physician Group offering clinical satisfaction, autonomy, flexibility, and work-life balance. This role involves no nights, no call, and no weekends. Physicians become experts in wound management, learning from highly qualified wound-certified physician trainers and Fellowship Directors, and utilizing cutting-edge clinical technologies and the latest wound care modalities. Our physicians provide bedside wound care in over 3,200 facilities across 28 states. We provide physician-level wound management training and a wound fellowship, equipping you with the knowledge and expertise for clinical excellence. W2 physicians earn, on average, $300,000 per year plus benefits for a 30-hour work week, with part-time opportunities available. Paid Training is provided. The practice involves delivering modern wound management at the bedside in post-acute care settings like Skilled Nursing Facilities and Long-Term Acute Care Hospitals. Physicians conduct weekly wound rounds at each facility. The full-time role is 4-5 days per week, while part-time requires a minimum of 3 days per week. This is a mobile practice where physicians visit 2-3 facilities per day within a 40-60 mile radius, treating approximately 20-30 patients daily. Clinical documentation is performed in real-time at the point of care using a proprietary wound-specific EMR. Paid training is provided during onboarding, plus a 6-month wound care fellowship. This is a W2 employment contract, and no work visa sponsorship is available.
