Physician - Urgent Care
About The Position
Vituity is seeking an Urgent Care Physician for Marin Terra Linda Urgent Care in San Rafael, California. The practice has five exam rooms, an annual volume of 14,000 visits and approximately 45 patients per day. It offers multiple referral resources within the MarinHealth and UCSF Health systems, point-of-care testing, on-site x-ray, and nearby Quest Diagnostics. Facility hours are Monday–Friday, 10 a.m.–8 p.m., and Saturday–Sunday, 9 a.m.–5 p.m. Vituity is a 100% physician-owned partnership led by frontline physician owners. Its model offers partners autonomy and local control, financial transparency, profit distributions, equity ownership, K-1 tax advantages, and career development opportunities. Physicians are supported by a corporate healthcare team and a network of 9,000 clinicians. The estimated annual base compensation is $275,000–$900,000, depending on site, specialty, clinical volume, schedule, and experience. Compensation for part-time and per-diem roles is prorated according to clinical hours worked. Total compensation, including partnership income, varies by site and may exceed the stated range. Requirements
- Board eligible or board certified in Family Practice or Emergency Medicine.
- Must be comfortable working in a single-provider setting.
