About The Position
This is an 8-month co-op position for a University Student in Telecom Engineering, starting in the Fall of 2026. The student will be a member of the Telecom Engineering team, which is responsible for Telecom - Tele protection solutions to support power system applications. The role is temporary and based in Toronto.
Requirements
- Discipline: Telecom or Power System Engineering, Telecommunication Engineer or Electrical Engineer
- Academic Level: 3rd year
- Strong communication & organizational skills
- Detailed oriented
- Microsoft Office Suite skills
Responsibilities
- Developing design standards
- Deploying designs and configuration settings
- Updating reports for telecommunications systems and projects
- Assisting other team members with projects of greater complexity
- Coordinating with other Engineering teams, Project Management, and third-party customers
