About The Position

Requirements

• Customer service experience is required.

Responsibilities

• Perform full-service banking, primarily focusing on service and sales to new and existing customers within the branch.
• Perform teller duties, including cash transactions, opening or updating accounts, and providing information about products and services.
• Address customer needs and maximize the customer experience by phone and during branch visits.
• Meet or exceed sales and referral goals and individual and branch targets.
• Inform customers about promotions, contests, and new account options.
