About The Position
One Community Bank is hiring a part-time Universal Banker in Adams, Wisconsin. This onsite role involves helping clients with their banking needs, building relationships, and supporting their financial goals. The banker greets clients, assists with account inquiries, processes transactions accurately, and recommends banking products suited to client needs. Training is provided, and the position works alongside a supportive team. The typical schedule is between 8 a.m. and 6 p.m., Monday through Friday, with some Saturdays from 8 a.m. to noon.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to address client inquiries with empathy and resolve concerns effectively.
- Teamwork, problem-solving, interpersonal, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Nice To Haves
- Cash handling experience is preferred but not required.
