About The Position
At Diversicare, the RN Unit Manager leads and supports the care team, ensures patient and resident needs are met, and evaluates team performance. The role also works directly with care team members to provide compassionate and professional care. The position offers opportunities to develop clinical leadership skills through Diversicare’s Clinical Career Ladder, including potential growth into roles such as Clinical Educator, RNAC, and Assistant Director of Nursing. Cross-training and job shadowing opportunities are also available.
Requirements
- Current Registered Nurse license from the State Board of Nursing.
- Ability to plan, evaluate, and coordinate services.
- Experience triaging tasks, supervising nursing team members, and coordinating services.
