About The Position
The RN Unit Manager provides leadership and support to the care team, ensures patient and resident needs are met, and evaluates team performance. The role also works directly with care team members to provide compassionate and professional care. The position is at Mountain View of Bryson City in Bryson City, North Carolina. Requirements
- Current license as a Registered Nurse from the State Board of Nursing.
- Ability to plan, evaluate, and coordinate services.
- Experience triaging tasks, supervising nursing team members, and coordinating services to provide an optimum resident and patient experience.
