About The Position
At Mountain View of Bryson City, the RN Unit Manager provides leadership and support to the care team, ensures patient and resident needs are met, and evaluates team performance. The manager also works directly with care team members to provide compassionate and professional care. The role offers opportunities to advance clinical leadership skills through Diversicare’s Clinical Career Ladder, including potential growth into Clinical Educator, RNAC, and Assistant Director of Nursing roles. Cross-training and job shadowing are also available.
Requirements
- Current license as a Registered Nurse from the State Board of Nursing.
- Ability to plan, evaluate, and coordinate services.
- Experience triaging tasks, supervising nursing team members, and coordinating services to provide an optimum resident and patient experience.

- Experience in the long-term care industry is preferred.
