About The Position
The Unit Clerk facilitates the efficient operation of the health care unit through consistent organizational and communication skills. The clerk assists RNs, LPNs, PCTs, and physicians in the patient care process and may be assigned additional duties within the scope of the role. The position is located at Crossbridge Behavioral Health.
Requirements
- High school graduate or equivalent.
- BLS certification required.
- Knowledge of medical terminology.
- Computer experience.
- Strong communication and customer relation skills.
Nice To Haves
- At least 6 months of hospital experience preferred.
Responsibilities
- Facilitate the efficient operation of the health care unit.
- Assist RNs, LPNs, PCTs, and physicians in the patient care process.
- Perform additional duties within the scope of the role, as assigned.
