About The Position

Park Lane Post Acute is seeking a self-motivated and organized Unit Clerk to provide administrative support to nurses and other healthcare professionals. The role supports the smooth operation of the nursing unit in a fast-paced healthcare environment dedicated to providing high-quality patient care. This is a full-time position in West Chester, Pennsylvania, with an hourly pay range of $20 to $22.

Responsibilities

• Assist with scheduling resident medical appointments in a timely and efficient manner.
• Maintain accurate, up-to-date medical charts by filing, scanning, and thinning records as needed.
• Use the EMR and MOVI transportation scheduling platform to support communication and coordination.
• Work independently and collaboratively with the team to achieve goals and objectives.
• Use Microsoft Outlook to manage and prioritize tasks and responsibilities.
• Perform other duties as assigned to support the efficient operation of the nursing unit.
