About The Position

The Underwriting Systems Analyst-E&S is responsible for providing technical customer service support to FCCI’s Underwriting user community. This role provides a key value by helping troubleshoot a variety of common and sometimes complex system problems in order to resolve quoting and policy issuance system Decisions issues promptly. Systems utilized include Duck Creek for Specialty/E&S lines of business. In addition, this role provides valuable system training resources to ensure the UW technology is being fully and efficiently utilized. As a subject matter expert, this team member partners with key stakeholders in the development and prioritization of new functionality and/or testing for system fixes and enhancements that enable a better experience, and greater efficiency for the user community.

Requirements

Technical customer service support experience.
Experience troubleshooting system problems.
Experience with quoting and policy issuance systems.
Experience with Duck Creek for Specialty/E&S lines of business.
Experience providing system training.
Subject matter expertise in underwriting systems.
Ability to partner with key stakeholders.
Experience in development and prioritization of new functionality and/or testing for system fixes and enhancements.
