About The Position

Restaurant Brands International (RBI) is seeking high-performing undergraduates for its Summer Internship Program in Jacksonville, FL. This program offers interns real business challenges, bold responsibilities, and the chance to make a significant impact within one of the world's largest quick service restaurant companies. RBI owns iconic brands such as TIM HORTONS®, BURGER KING®, POPEYES®, and FIREHOUSE SUBS®. The internship experience includes a dedicated onboarding session, project ownership on business-critical initiatives sponsored by senior leadership, mentorship from a dedicated buddy and project manager, networking opportunities, and a final presentation of project findings to senior leadership. Successful interns may receive offers for full-time professional roles upon graduation.

Requirements

  • Currently enrolled in an undergraduate program.
  • Graduation date between December 2027 and June 2028.
  • Welcome diverse academic backgrounds including Business, Marketing, Economics, STEM, Hospitality, etc.
  • Hungry to make an impact in a fast-paced business.
  • Passionate about growth, ownership, and the QSR industry.
  • Comfortable with ambiguity and energized by a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities.
  • Natural leadership qualities.
  • Ability to work onsite 5 days per week.

Responsibilities

  • Dive into one of the fastest-moving industries and contribute to iconic QSR brands.
  • Participate in a dedicated orientation session to learn about RBI's culture, business, brands, and strategic plans.
  • Undertake a strategic project sponsored by senior leadership in areas such as Marketing, Operations, Finance, Digital, Development, People, or Procurement.
  • Develop ideas to help shape how RBI serves guests, grows revenue, and optimizes operations.
  • Receive regular coaching and feedback from a project manager and be assigned a buddy who was a former intern.
  • Participate in networking opportunities through leadership lunch & learns and social events.
  • Present project findings and recommendations to department and senior leadership.
