About The Position

This internship program provides a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in restaurant operations within one of the world's largest quick service restaurant companies. A significant portion of the internship will be spent in a restaurant to understand the guest and team member experience, gathering insights to inform project recommendations. Projects are assigned by the CEO and Leadership team and support key organizational initiatives, potentially in areas such as Standards, Execution, Training, Equipment, or Analytics.
