About The Position

St. Moritz Security Services, Inc. is hiring dependable and professional Unarmed Security Officers to provide overnight security coverage at a residential community in Phoenix, Arizona. Officers interact with residents and visitors while helping maintain a safe and secure property. The position offers full-time and part-time opportunities and pays $20.00 per hour. Shifts are 12 hours, from 10:00 PM to 10:00 AM, with coverage needed every day of the week, including weekends. Previous security experience and a current, valid Arizona DPS Unarmed Security Guard Registration Card are required. Residential security or HOA experience is strongly preferred. Officers must have a valid driver's license, a clean driving record, and pass an MVR review. Regular duties include patrolling the property by golf cart, monitoring access, assisting residents and visitors, responding to concerns, and documenting activity. Relocation and travel are not required.

Requirements

Previous security experience.
Current, valid Arizona DPS Unarmed Security Guard Registration Card.
Valid driver's license.
Clean driving record and successful Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) review.
Ability to safely operate a golf cart for regular patrol duties.
Strong communication and customer service skills.
Dependable, professional, and attentive to detail.
Ability to work 12-hour overnight shifts, including weekends.
High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.

Responsibilities

Maintain a visible security presence throughout the property.
Conduct community patrols using a golf cart.
